Yesterday’s medicine session, the third and final of our series together with Yuri – once again, these sessions are very deep and powerful as they combine intensive breath work with provocative and enthralling music and also of course the sacred “entheogen” integration of the plant medicine. My sonic healing session with Yuri was incredible. I had no expectations about what would happen but I knew it would be a positive experience because I had a deep trust in Yuri creating and holding a safe space. It was so worth it! Every intention I set was answered in my session and I came away feeling more grounded and centered in myself with a deeper understanding of who I am. I had a phenomenal experience with the Sonoma Breathwork Ceremony. Yuri held space for me and provided unwavering support; she even provided support beforehand. I felt safe to let myself go where I needed. Yuri has a compassionate and loving soul and can be trusted with anything that needs to be released. I felt a weight had been lifted afterward, and a calmness. This was truly a healing experience, and I look forward to more with Yuri.

I just had the opportunity to experience an amazing breathwork session with Coach Yuri. When I arrived, I was feeling a lot of stress and anxiety. After we spoke for a few moments, she really tuned in to what I needed and guided me through a wonderful breathwork technique that helped me feel calm and relaxed. My stress levels dropped significantly.

I highly recommend Yuri — she’s amazing. She has such a beautiful, caring soul and creates a safe, welcoming space where you feel comfortable and able to fully engage in the process. I truly encourage anyone to go work with her.

Before the ceremony, I was so upset with myself. I carried shame and judgement towards myself and I knew this was only hurting myself. For a long time, I was upset about my actions and self betrayal. I processed it logically but my body was still holding on to the pain and shame. With the help of the medicine, the music, and the love around me, I released all that I had been holding on to for months! The music brought me to tears several times. It was exactly what I needed to remember the beauty of life and the beauty within. Thank you again for holding a beautiful space for us to feel, connect, and release. I wanted to tell you how grateful I am for the weekend. It was a very different experience from my previous plant medicine weekends.
